Refund policy

RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. this will only be vailed until a week (7 days) once receiving your product. This excludes any style of EARRINGS, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose your product carefully. if you end up not completely satisfied with your order after the week (7 days) we can only offer you an exchange for the same price. Read EXCHANGES below for more information  

Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our office, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours. 

EXCHANGES:

To exchange your item/s follow the above return instructions, and then place a brand new order for the item/s you desire. 

Please email info@mayi.com.im to get the returns or exchange process started or if you have any questions. 

If you need to exchange your purchase, please state your request by emailing info@mayi.com.im to receive the exchange/returns form. Once we receive the filled-out form please allow up to 5* business days for your order to be processed and a further 3-7 business days for delivery. 


Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges but we send out the replacement item, free of charge. 


May i Jewellery cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed within the next business day.

If you require your item urgently MAY I recommends repurchasing to avoid missing out on the stock, and so you receive your item sooner.

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

For orders delivered within Australia, MAY I will accept returns and exchanges for change of mind on products purchased online within 7 days from the date of receipt or at any time if products are faulty. Please return the item as per below:

1. Email info@mayi.com.im to receive the exchange/return form  

2. Re-pack your items in their original box with all packaging (exactly as you received them). 

3. Please send back to the attached to the return form

For orders delivered outside of Australia where the product may be faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, please contact our Email via email at info@mayi.com.im where you will be advised of the return process. 

It is advised you keep a tracking reference for your parcel, so you know when it has been delivered to May I Jewellery office.


WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges :

Purchaser pays the cost of return charges to MAY I JEWELLERY however, MAY I JEWELLERY will send out the replacement/exchange item, free of charge. 

Faulty Product:

Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products however, this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Once your items have been received by MAY I please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
