Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within our advertised processing timeframe.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, we will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Waterproof Jewellery
Our waterproof jewellery is designed for everyday wear, including exposure to water.
While our jewellery is made to withstand daily activities, its appearance and lifespan can be extended by avoiding unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, chlorine, cleaning products and strong cosmetics whenever possible.
Natural wear over time is normal and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Warranty
Our products are covered against manufacturing defects in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable, eligible products are also covered by any warranty advertised on our website.
This warranty does not cover:

Returns & Refunds

Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage or normal wear are not considered faulty.
