Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments at checkout are processed in AUD. We recommend using a currency converter as a guide; however, we are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
For Australian customers, prices include all applicable taxes. International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees that may apply in their country.

Orders & Delivery
All products are handmade and subject to availability. Items placed in your cart are not reserved until payment has been processed successfully.
We generally require 1–2 business days for production before dispatch. If you require urgent delivery, a priority shipping option is available. Your order is considered complete once dispatched.
In rare cases, changes may occur to your order before completion due to stock discrepancies. Should an order be lost or damaged during shipping, we will assess each case individually and investigate further.

Returns & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in the case of major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, subject to availability.
• Items damaged by normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
• Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted, but we may consider them at our discretion.
